Nancy has worked as an attorney in labor, employment and construction law over the past thirty years. Her experience includes work with private law firms, real estate developers, real estate managers, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Nancy specializes in construction law, labor and employment law, OSHA compliance and corporate safety.

Kevin Lagassé
Kevin has been involved in general contracting for over thirty years in nine different states, including the majority of New England, Colorado, Georgia and Wisconsin. His experience runs the gamut from new construction, renovation, environmental remediation, development, property management and specific expertise lies in the world of high-end construction, both residential and commercial.

Courtney Mello
Courtney has been in construction and development in Boston for over fifteen years. With her expertise in high-end residential work, including both renovation and new construction, Courtney oversees The Lagassé Group’s Suburban Division. She is responsible for all financial aspects of suburban projects, from contract management to project controls. Courtney is involved in each phase of a project, from estimating and preconstruction through completion and turnover.

Tim Wilson
Tim leads the City Division and manages projects on the Cape and Islands for The Lagassé Group while also overseeing the project estimating for the entire company. Since joining the firm, Tim has managed over $60 million in projects. He has successfully completed work at many of Boston’s high-profile buildings including the Mandarin Oriental Residences, the Esplanade, the Ritz, Four Seasons Place, as well as numerous projects in Back Bay, the South End, and the Cape and Islands.

Adam Wood
Adam joined The Lagassé Group at its inception, has risen to the role of General Superintendent, and is now responsible for all the field operations for the company. He has been the primary field superintendent for many of the company’s largest projects. While overseeing operations, Adam runs weekly field operations meetings to review safety practices, quality assurance, subcontractor relations, and project schedules.
