Opening up to the Cape Cod shore, this cedar shake and glass enclosed santurary was designed as a family-oriented space built with the future in mind. Finishes of both the interior and exterior are reflective of the local architectural vernacular while maintaining modern design sensibilities. 

Beneath the space is a 23-well geothermal system as a means of heating and cooling the building. From there, The Lagassé Group was able to fabricate a significant portion of the framing offsite, improving both the quality and efficiency of the project. Large scale glass windows allow for unobstructed views of the ocean while maintaining a hurricane rating neccesitated by the coastal environment. Finishes throughout were specifically tested to perform in the harsh salt air.
