This historic brownstone was completely redesigned by the team at Embarc to feature modern, dramatic finishes nestled into downtown Boston. The full gut renovation comprised of the construction of a main residence on the upper floors, a garden level suite, and a converted garage with upper garden space. A new roof deck on the uppermost level provides homeowners with a stunning view of the city.

The six floors of this residence are connected by a newly designed stair and glass handrail, as well as an elevator installed within the existing structure. Outside, a new garage and roof structure were added. Brickwork throughout the property was restored and the historic façade was updated with a new railing, shutters and doors.
